Bribery includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence decisions. Examples include gifts, payments, and favors.
Prohibition: Bribery in any form—directly or indirectly—is strictly prohibited, including facilitation payments, inappropriate gifts, and excessive hospitality.
Third-Party Compliance: Third parties acting on behalf of CMED must adhere to this policy and are subject to due diligence.
Record-Keeping: All records must be accurate, complete, and clear, reflecting transparent business practices.

Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings.
