Any and all information provided by CPD courses of CMED are for general medical education purposes only and are not meant to substitute for the independent medical judgment of a physician relative to diagnostic and treatment options of a specific patient’s medical condition. In no event will the Centre for Medical Development be held liable for any decision made, treatment provided and/or action taken in reliance upon the information provided through its courses.

The opinions, recommendations and perspectives expressed in CPD courses are those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect the opinions, ideas or recommendations of their affiliated institutions or CMED.

Information supplied by CMED CPD Courses is provided “as is”, and the Centre for Medical Development makes no representations or warranties with respect to the contents of CPD Courses or information furnished by CMED or our agents, employees or representatives and we specifically disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, completeness, timeliness, correctness, noninfringement, or fitness for any particular use, application or purpose.

Payment and Refund Policy

The Centre for Medical Development is responsible for the transaction, including provision of the services that are subject of the transaction, and for customer service and dispute resolution, all in accordance with the terms applicable to the transaction. The transaction currency is in Pound Sterling.

Credit card payment by MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Registration can be cancelled up to one week prior to the booked conference date and the registration fee will be refunded in the full amount to the same method of payment used.
